ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page tells you the terms and conditions (“Ts & Cs”) subject to which you may make use of Our website www.sellmycommercialproperty.co.uk (the “Site”). By using the Site, you accept these Ts & Cs. We may amend these Ts & Cs at any time. You should always check this page before using the Site, as any changes we may make will be binding on you.

SUMMARY OF TERMS

The reason why you have contacted Us is to sell your commercial and/or residential property/properties. We will attempt to facilitate this and there are various ways in which this can be achieved. We can buy your property or we can help you to find a buyer. If we help you to find a buyer, as not every property which we are offered will be of interest to us, you will be liable to pay us an “introductory fee” based on 2% of the sale price plus VAT (at the prevailing rate). This fee will be payable to Us on the day of completion of the sale and paid by your solicitor from the proceeds they/you receive from the buyer/buyer’s solicitor. At no time will We give you any formal advice concerning the value of your property or any form of valuation and any offer made to you will be subject to contract.

NO OFFER, REPRESENTATION, RECOMMENDATION OR ADVICE

Nothing in the Site is an offer to enter into a contract with Us or anyone else, or a representation as to any fact or matter, or amounts to any recommendation, advice or guidance. You must satisfy yourself as to any fact or matter and take any advice you require – whether financial, legal or otherwise – before taking any action or entering into any contract or transaction. We undertake no responsibility to you in relation to any such action or transaction, and exclude all responsibility and liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You must not without Our written permission use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any, or any part of the, Rights and Materials; and you must do nothing which you believe, know, or ought reasonably to know, might prejudice Our interest in the Rights and Materials, or reduce their value to Us.

Our rights and powers, and any and all exclusions and limitations of any obligation to which We may be subject, will be cumulative, and will supplement but not derogate from each other.
