If you know someone who owns a commercial property (or residential property), which they want to sell, and you refer them to us, we will pay you a referral fee of £2,500 (subject to the terms and conditions below).
Terms and Conditions of the referral fee
If you introduce us (Sell My Commercial Property) to a party who owns a property which they want to sell, and which we buy, we will pay you a referral fee in the amount of £2,500 within 14 working days of completion of the purchase providing you send us an invoice (details of who the invoice should be addressed to will be provided, upon request, between exchange and completion of the purchase).
